Free shipping to the US
Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery: after that, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days.
These are estimates. Peak seasons, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 1–3 days to show its first scan.
Where we ship from
Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, which may ship from a warehouse outside the United States.
Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email us at contact@homevale.store with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. Orders of 2 or more pumps include free shipping protection; see our refund policy.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
