This website is operated by HomeVale ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and safety

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos labeled as illustrations show the product in use and may differ slightly from the item you receive. The EasyFill pump is designed for transferring gasoline, diesel and kerosene. Always follow the included instructions: refuel outdoors with the engine off and cool, keep away from sparks and flames, never refuel a running engine or generator, and keep fuel and the pump away from children.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We may edit reviews for length or remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

7. Third-party tools

Some features, such as order tracking, are provided by third parties. We provide them "as is" and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
